• Dream Profile offers you the ability to create multiple communication services (e.g. chats, groups, member profiles, etc.). Dream Profile takes no responsibility for the ratings, structure, or content in these areas. The creators or hosts of these user-created areas are have agreed to and uphold this code of conduct and are liable for all activities and content. We encourage creators/managers to ban from their areas other members who frequently violate this code of conduct.

• Dream Profile communication services are not designed as the primary place to store any materials; you are responsible for creating backups of materials you post to any communication service such as photos, documents and software. Dream Profile is not responsible for loss of, access to, deletion, alteration, or restoration of any materials associated with a communication service.

• You are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice or information you receive online. It is not possible to control or monitor against the theft any element that goes to make up your profile and as such you should be aware that any information or content that you post is freely available to the public. Dreamprofile is not responsible for any theft or infringement resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the Dreamprofile site.

• Dreamprofile reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice or explanation, any member account or user-created Service or any particular posting that violates these Terms + Conditions.

All Services provided are on an 'as is' basis.

All Premium Subscription Services, such as Dream Toolz are non transferable and apply to 1 member account only. This is the account from which the product or subscription was purchased. All Premium Subscription Services are non refundable.

Dream Profile reserve the right to add, remove or amend any feature or Service at any time without notice, explanation or liability without limitation. Dream Profile reserves the right to increase or reduce the price or alter the content or features of any Premium Subscription Service or Product without prior notice, explanation or liability.

Please don't 'spam' through any communication services available with Dreamprofile; none of our users like it. To spam includes sending identical and irrelevant submissions to many different discussion groups, mailing lists or communities. Usually such postings have nothing to do with the particular topic of the group or are of no real interest to those on the mailing list.
