If you think that you have forgotten you password then you have come to the right place.

Before you use the features displayed below please do one of 2 things:

Make sure that your username and password have been entered correctly. Both member name and password are case sensitive

For example

Member Name: administrator

This is not the same as ADMINISTRATOR or Administrator.

Make sure that you have not miss-spelt your member name or password, or mistaken them for something else, maybe you have remembered your details for another website by mistake. Please make sure that you are entering the correct details your dreamprofile account login.

For Example

Member Name: This is the name you entered for your account at registration. If you are not sure if you have spelt this correctly look for your profile name;
eg. www.dreamprofile.com/administrator

Your member name is the name displayed after the www.dreamprofile.com so in this example the member name would be administrator

Password: This is the password you provided us with to set up your account when you first registered with us.

If you have been through out suggestions above and you still cannot log in then we can look up your details for you and send them to the email address you provided at registration.

Below you will notice a box asking for your Member Name. This is the name you entered for your account at registration. This is NOT your first or last name. Once you have entered this member name click 'Submit Details' and we will search our databases for your information and send it directly to your email address. Please allow up to 5 minutes for this email to be sent.
